Thorsten Benkenstein
Biography
Thorsten Benkenstein is one of the most respected Lead Trumpet players around the world. Since 2005 he holds the position as Lead Trumpet in the NDR-Big Band in Hamburg.
With his distinctive sound he is a role model for many. He has played with the Vienna Art Orchestra from 1993-2005, Bob Brookmeyer, Peter Herbolzheimer, Sunday Night Orchestra and the Pepe Lienhard Band.
